I respond fastest to a text & secondary to your specific voice mail (305-519-9711).

I generally try to return calls between 10-11 am, between 1-3 pm, & evenings between 6-8 pm.

Clearly leave your phone number (even if you are an old client, don't assume I will have your contact info with me).

If you tell me the best times to get back to you, I will do my best to return your call at your preferred time.

Remember, I am frequently not available to answer my phone personally for safety reasons while working. 

I do not answer my phone while driving, caring for certain animals, walking or training dogs.
